Shipping
All Regular orders placed before 12pm GMT will be processed and shipped out within 48 hours via DHL for international orders and FedEx/local delivery for local orders.
- Pre-Orders will be shipped in 10 working days.
- Minimum delivery time for custom orders is 30 days. Production deadlines and delivery time will be communicated directly via email after client consultation with the Creative Director.
- Alterations are acceptable for custom orders only. Regular orders, pre-orders and items on sale do not qualify for alterations.
- Items on Sale are not refundable or exchangeable.
Returns
Aba McMills pledges to exchange or refund in full items returned in their original condition within 10 business days of receipt for international orders and 2 business days of receipt for local orders.
Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging i.e. unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We do not accept returns on sale items.
